Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2+ sound as good as they look

Not so long ago, we launched the repairable Nokia G42 5G in So Pink, the third color in the line-up that includes So Purple and So Grey. Now, we’re launching our latest wireless earbuds in three hot colors. You see where we’re going with this?

The Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2 + will be available in So Pink, So Purple and So Grey. Not only does this give you the perfect opportunity to mix or match with your Nokia G42 5G, but they’re also colors that compliment your autumn outfits and say something about your style.

There is much more to these earbuds than meets the eye, though. So, before we look at what color combos are best for you, let’s take a look inside that colorful exterior and get a glimpse of the tech underneath.

Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2 + with noise-cancelling for music and calls

Introducing our latest wireless earbuds: the Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2 +, available in So Pink, So Purple and So Grey. And we’re pleased to say, they sound as good as they look. The stellar audio experience is powered with Qualcomm® S3 Sound platform, and Qualcomm® aptX™ technology. And thanks to dual mics with Environmental Noise Cancelling powered by Qualcomm® cVc™ technology, background noise on your end is reduced so your voice will come through clearly during calls.

You won’t run out of juice often with the Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2+. The earbuds themselves deliver up to seven hours of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) listening on a single charge. And with the charging carry case, they’ll recharge when they’re stored – that’s a total of 35 hours of ANC playtime while you’re out and about.¹ If the weather turns, these buds will hold up just fine in the rain thanks to their IPX4 rating.

Gaming or video streaming? Reduce the lag with Low Latency Mode while the aptX technology delivers enhanced wireless audio quality. If you’re pairing them with device running Android™ 6.0 or higher, Google Fast Pair makes the whole thing a breeze. And with multipoint connectivity, you can switch between two source devices with ease. So, you can jump into your entertainment faster than ever.

Ready to choose your color?

Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2+ come in three colors. But how do you choose yours? The way a color affects us emotionaly is based on three things: psychology, culture, and personal associations. But because we're well into autumn now, we're thinking style-first. Here’s a quick look at each of the three earbud colors, what they say about your style and what colors they pair with.

Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2 + in purple

So Purple

Regal. Magical. Mystical. Purple is a statement color. It didn’t become popular until the 19th century when synthetic dyes became widely available. Before that, purple dye was very rare and valuable which is why, to this day, the color has associations of royalty and luxury.

What goes well with purple?

If you’re going to match your Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2+ in So Purple with your Nokia G42 5G in the same color, try keeping purple out from the rest of the outfit. The matching combo will add a nice pop of color to an outfit comprised of muted colors, or serve as a welcome addition to vibrant outfits that leverage greens or yellows.

Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2+ in pink

So Pink

Fresh. Playful. Energetic. Pink might not be everyone’s favorite color, but no one can call it boring. While commonly considered a feminine color, there has been an increase in pink in men’s clothing for a while now. In fact, the “pink for girls” and “blue for boys” paradigm we’re familiar with was flipped the other way around until as late as the early 19-hundreds, when the strong, passionate connotations of pink were more strongly associated with boys.

What goes well with pink?

What doesn’t go with pink? Against black or dark colors, a splash of pink can create a flair that is both playful and dramatic. If you’re considering pink for more than just a highlight, but not looking to go pink from head to toe, it can pair well with blues, browns, or white. Purple and pink can make a fashionable combo as long as you consider their shades. The pastel shades of So Purple and So Pink work well together, so don’t shy away from mixing these when shopping for Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2 + and Nokia G42 5G.

Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2+ in grey

So Grey

Timeless. Classic. Balanced. Its subdued and calming nature is linked to feelings of tranquility and composure. Grey serves as a versatile backdrop for other colors and can enhance their vibrancy, making it a popular choice in interior design, fashion, and graphic arts. What’s more, its ability to bridge the gap between light and dark hues adds depth and complexity to any aesthetic.

What goes well with grey?

You can use color to liven up a low-key outfit, but why not flip the script? Grey can add a cool touch of sophistication to an otherwise loud, vibrant look. If you often find yourself getting creative with the colors you wear, So Grey might be the one for you. It sounds counterintuitive, but the good thing about grey accessories is that they will go with anything. There is virtually nothing that a grey phone, pair of earbuds, hat or scarf will clash with.

¹ Earbuds play time is up to 7 hours on one charge. Charge your buds on the go with the carry case, providing a total of up to 35 hours of ANC play time. Battery has limited recharge cycles and battery capacity reduces over time.
