The HarmBlock+ app does not have a messaging feature, but you can send SMS messages to your child’s HMD Fuse phone as normal. Guardians are automatically on the contact whitelist, meaning they can call and send SMS messages to the phone. Any contact that is not on the whitelist will not be able to hold phone calls or send and receive SMS messages with the HMD Fuse phone. You can add trusted contacts like friends and family to the contact whitelist in the parental HarmBlock+ app.
Please note that the contact whitelist feature does not affect third-party apps. If the guardian allows their child to install and use third-party apps with messaging or call functionalities on the HMD Fuse phone, they will be able to use them to communicate with people who are not on the contact whitelist.
