TERMS AND CONDITIONS MOBIKWIK CASHBACK OFFER

  1. Following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the MobiKwik Cashback Offer (hereinafter called the “Offer”) detailed below. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term ‘Organizer’ or ‘MobiKwik’, when used with reference to a legal entity, shall mean One MobiKwik Systems Limited (and its affiliates) only. Organizer shall provide this Offer on HMD Mobile India Private Limited’s (“HMD”) online platform https://www.nokia.com/phones/en_in (“Nokia.com”) and on the Nokia application.

  2. The Offer shall run from 12th October 2022 until 31st October 2022 (“Offer Period”). Organizer can curtail or extend the Offer Period, as it deems necessary at its sole discretion.

  3. These terms and conditions are only applicable on end-consumers who make a valid purchase on Nokia.com or the Nokia application via the MobiKwik wallet payment instrument or the MobiKwik application during the Offer Period.

  4. The Offer is available on selected mobile phones only.

  5. Offer: Pay via MobiKwik wallet and get 5% cashback up to Rs. 500 on your purchase: · Offer valid on minimum transaction amount via MobiKwik wallet of Rs 2999/- · Use code: MBK500 on the MobiKwik payment page to avail the Offer. · Offer valid once per end-consumer during the Offer Period.

  6. Cashback will be credited to the MobiKwik wallet of the end-consumer pursuant to a successful eligible transaction. The cashback will be auto-credited to end-consumer’s MobiKwik wallet by MobiKwik within 48 hours of the transaction.   1. Any cashback related queries in relation to the Offer/cashback shall be raised by the end-consumer within 15 days from completion of a successful transaction with MobiKwik. Decision of MobiKwik will be final and binding.

  2. MobiKwik will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.

  3. MobiKwik reserves the right to restrict the Offer for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. MobiKwik has the right to ask for documents or additional information to prove his/her identity for any account. MobiKwik reserve the right to revoke or disqualify any transactions considered fraudulent or suspicious.

  4. MobiKwik online terms and conditions shall also apply.

  5. All taxes related to the cashback shall be solely borne by the end-consumer.

  6. Any end-consumer taking the advantage of this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, MobiKwik online terms and conditions and HMD’s seller terms-https://www.nokia.com/phones/en_in/seller-terms.

  7. This Offer is valid on MobiKwik wallet transactions only.

  8. The cashback offers cannot be clubbed with any other MobiKwik Offers.

  9. This offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable

  10. This Offer is valid on Nokia.com and Nokia application only.

  11. HMD shall be responsible for any product related queries, concerns, cancellations, replacement, refund and the same shall be managed in accordance with the seller terms- https://www.nokia.com/phones/en_in/seller-terms. HMD shall further be responsible and liable for all/any disputes, queries, and contentions, raised by Customers regarding, delivery, service, merchantability, availability or quality of the products and/or services of HMD only under this Program. These disputes, queries and contentions include the disputes raised by end-consumers (pertaining to the products/services offered by the HMD) directly to the HMD or disputes forwarded by Mobikwik to HMD.

  12. MobiKwik is responsible for the Offer in entirety and any grievance of any nature relating to the same shall be addressed to MobiKwik. HMD is not responsible for this Offer in any manner.

  13. MobiKwik reserve the right to alter/change/discontinue the Offer without any prior notice.

  14. Other general terms and conditions of purchase shall apply.
