This Offer is provided by HMD Mobile India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “HMD” or “Organizer”) on its online platform at www.hmd.com/en_in (the “Hmd.com”)

1. The Offer shall run from 5th February 2024 until 4th May 2024 or until stocks last, whichever is earlier (the “Offer Period”). This Offer is valid only on the purchase of Nokia G42 5G So Pink 6/128 GB variant (the “Smartphone”) during the Offer Period on www.hmd.com/en_in. Organizer can curtail or extend the Offer Period, as it deems necessary at its sole discretion.

2. These terms and conditions are applicable only on consumers who have made a valid and legal purchase on Hmd.com.

3. Under this Offer, the consumers who purchases the Smartphone during the Offer Period shall also receive a discount of Rupees One Thousand (₹ 1,000/.) on the MRP of Rupees Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine (₹ 12,999/.) at the time of purchase along with complimentary OTTplay subscription of 23 applications. The consumer has the option to convert the amount paid for the purchase into a no cost EMI for the period of nine (9) months.

4. A voucher containing a unique coupon code (the “Coupon Code”) will be sent at the email address as specified by the consumer during his purchase of the Smartphone.

5. Use of this Offer is subject to adhering the following steps to redeem the voucher: -

Step 1: Visit https://www.ottplay.com/plans or open ‘OTTplay app’ & then click on ‘Subscribe’ button on top most right side.

Step 2: The plan page will open up. On plan page, click on ‘Quarterly’ tab.

Step 3: Choose 'Jhakaas' and then click on ‘Subscribe Now’.

Step 4: Click on ‘Apply Coupon’ and enter your Coupon Code. The required subscription will get activated.

Step 5: Register yourself using your mobile number or email and enjoy unlimited content.

6. By participating in this offer, the consumer expressly agrees to abide by and accept the terms of use outlined by OTTplay, accessible at https://www.ottplay.com/terms-of-use.

8. The Coupon Code is valid for the duration of 6 months from the date of issuance.

9. Upon application of the Coupon Code and activation of membership, it cannot be transferred to another User.

10. This Offer is limited to a maximum of one transaction per card, channel or category during the specified Offer Period.

11. The Offer is deemed invalid for transactions made using ICICI Bank Corporate Card, ICICI Bank Business Card and ICICI Amazon Pay Credit Card.

12. This Offer is subject to fulfilment of terms and conditions of purchase by the consumer only.

13. This Offer shall be immediately forfeited for the consumers who request for delivery at any locations/pin codes which are not serviceable by HMD. HMD reserves the right to alter, amend, extend, withdraw, discontinue, or otherwise change the offer/offers anytime during the offer period without any liability to the customers.

14. HMD shall not be responsible if the voucher is undelivered or lost due to wrong/incomplete email address provided by the consumer.

15. This Offer shall not be applicable on the order which has been cancelled or returned by the consumer.

16. All taxes related to the purchase of the Smartphone shall be solely borne by the consumer and HMD shall not be responsible for it.

17. Subject to any applicable law: (a) All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by HMD including, but not limited to, meeting of the consumer's requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, the results or reliability of the Offer, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any Nokia products/assured gift received under this offer (b) The consumer expressly agrees that his/her participation in this Offer is at the consumer's sole risk and is governed by the Terms and Conditions herein; and (c) No advice or information whether by representations, oral, written or pictorial derived from the website or through this Offer shall be construed to mean the giving of any warranty of any kind by HMD.

18. By claiming this Offer, consumers understand that any personal data relating to the consumers who Claim this Offer will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and the HMD Privacy Policy- https://www.nokia.com/phones/en_int/privacyportal.

19. Any consumer taking the advantage of this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

20. OTTplay is responsible for the Offer in entirety and any grievance relating to the same shall be addressed to OTTplay. HMD is not responsible for this Offer in any manner.

21. The Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi. Any disputes, differences and, or, any other matters in relation to and arising out of the competition and, or, pertaining to the Terms and Conditions shall be referred to arbitration. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Organizer.

22. HMD will not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any consumer as a result of claiming the Offer or accepting the same.

23. This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be clubbed with the benefits under any other Contest, Offer or Competition organized by HMD. This Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or kind, and no such requests will be entertained.
