Following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") shall apply to all the Assured Gift Offers on Nokia and HMD Branded Smart Phone from 2024 onwards ("Offer") detailed below. This Assured Gift Offer is offered by HMD Mobile India Private Limited ("HMD" or "Organizer").

1. All Offers shall be valid only until 31st December 2024 ("Offer Period"). No claims relating to any Offers shall be entertained post 31st December2024.

2. This Offer is applicable for consumers who have made a valid and legal purchase of a relevant Nokia or HMD branded Smart Phone on which any Offers were made available from Amazon.in or Flipkart.com ("Selected Marketplace").

3. Under the Offer, any consumer who posts a genuine review in accordance with the Terms and Conditions specified herein shall be able to claim an assured gift for their efforts and time.

4. In order to avail the Offer, consumers are required to share a review on Selected Marketplace about their experience with the brand-new Nokia or HMD Smart Phone during the Offer Period. Once they have successfully posted the review on Selected Marketplace, consumer is required to share the Amazon or Flipkart order id, IMEI number of the purchased Nokia or HMD Smart Phone and the link of the review. This information must be submitted on the page available at https://www.hmd.com/en_in/rewards or by scanning the QR code made available on the box of the purchased Nokia or HMD branded Smart Phone ("Reward Page").

5. All the required details are to be submitted by the consumer on the Reward Page, post which HMD shall verify the review posted by the consumer and share a confirmation on the same with the consumer.

6. Once the review has been verified by HMD, a Free Insulated Steel Sipper shall be shipped to the address provided by the consumer on the Reward Page.

7. Only those consumers can claim this Offer within the Offer Period whose review has been successfully verified by HMD and a confirmation on the same has been shared with the consumer by HMD.

8. This Offer is subject to fulfilment of terms and conditions of purchase by the consumer only.

9. Only those consumers who post a review relating to their own purchase and share the link with HMD of their own review shall be eligible to claim the Free Insulated Steel Sipper.

10. This Offer is subject to local availability and the assured gift shall be immediately forfeited for the consumers who request for delivery of the assured gift at any locations/pin codes which are not serviceable by HMD. HMD reserves the right to alter, amend, extend, withdraw, discontinue, or otherwise change the Offer(s) anytime during the Offer Period without any liability to the customers.

11. HMD shall not be responsible for any assured gift which are undelivered or lost due to wrong/incomplete address provided by the consumer.

12. Subject to any applicable law: (a) All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by HMD including, but not limited to, meeting of the consumer's requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, the results or reliability of the Offer, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any Nokia or HMD products/assured gift received under this offer (b) The consumer expressly agrees that his/her participation in this Offer is at the consumer's sole risk and is governed by the Terms and Conditions herein; and (c) No advice or information whether by representations, oral, written or pictorial derived from the website or through this Offer shall be construed to mean the giving of any warranty of any kind by HMD.

13. Any reviews that include inappropriate and/or offensive content, including provocative nudity, violence, human rights and/or environmental violation, and/or any other contents deemed to be contrary to the law, religious, cultural & moral traditions and practices are strictly prohibited including deliberately misleading reviews and will be immediately discarded and such reviews shall not be eligible for claiming this Offer.

14. By claiming this Offer, consumers understand that any personal data relating to the consumers who Claim this Offer will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and the HMD Privacy Policy - https://www.hmd.com/en_int/privacy.

15. The Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi. Any disputes, differences and, or, any other matters in relation to and arising out of the competition and, or, pertaining to the Terms and Conditions shall be referred to arbitration. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Organizer.

16. HMD will not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any consumer as a result of claiming the assured gift or accepting the same.

17. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be clubbed with the benefits under any other Contest, offer or competition organized by HMD. The assured gift under this Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or kind and no such requests will be entertained.
