As your child grows, there may come a time when you decide that they no longer benefit from having parental controls on their phone., HarmBlock+ protections and parental controls can be turned off so that HMD Fuse can be used like a regular smartphone.
You can do this by choosing “Remove device without factory reset” from the HarmBlock+ parental app. This will remove the HMD Fuse device from the guardian’s HarmBlock+ account and remove all parental controls. Your child’s apps and data remain on the phone so they can continue using it as normal.
If you want to re-pair the HMD Fuse device to the HarmBlock+ service, start by performing a factory reset on the HMD Fuse. Then, when you go through the phone’s first-time setup, you’ll have the option to link the phone to the HarmBlock+ service.
