Insert the SIM and memory cards
Insert the cards
- Open the SIM and memory card tray: push the tray opener pin in the tray hole and slide the tray out.
- Put the nano-SIM in the SIM slot on the tray with the contact area face down.
- If you have a dual-SIM phone, put the second SIM in the SIM2 slot.
- If you have a memory card, put it in the memory card slot.
- Slide the tray back in.
Use only original nano-SIM cards. Use of incompatible SIM cards may damage the card or the device, and may corrupt data stored on the card.
Both SIM cards are available at the same time when the device is not being used, but while one SIM card is active, for example, making a call, the other may be unavailable.
Use only compatible memory cards approved for use with this device. Incompatible cards may damage the card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card.
Consejo: para saber si su teléfono puede usar 2 tarjetas SIM, consulte la etiqueta en la caja de ventas. Si hay 2 códigos IMEI en la etiqueta, tiene un teléfono con tarjeta SIM doble.
Importante: No retire la tarjeta de memoria cuando la esté utilizando una aplicación. Esto puede dañar la tarjeta, el dispositivo y los datos almacenados en la tarjeta.
Sugerencia: Use una tarjeta de memoria microSD rápida, de hasta 256 GB y de un fabricante conocido.
Nota: El software y las aplicaciones del sistema preinstalados utilizan una parte importante del espacio de la memoria.
