In what circumstances could I be denied coverage under my device protection plan?

Your device protection claim may be denied if any of the following applies:

  • If any damage or loss has occurred to the covered device prior to completing the purchase of and activation of the plan
  • If any unauthorized modification is discovered on the covered device
