Activate HarmBlock+ services
Important: Make sure that both your device and the parent’s device are ready before you start the setup.

Set up HarmBlock+ services
Once setup is complete, your device will operate in Teens mode, with restrictions managed through the parent’s device.
Set up your device
If you skipped setting up HarmBlock+ services upon initial device setup, you can do it later by opening the HarmBlock+ app on your device and following the instructions on the app. After you have agreed to the terms of service and policy, tap
Set up the parent’s device
- Install and open the HarmBlock+ app on the parent’s device.
- Follow the instructions on the app to create a HarmBlock+ account.
- In the app, tap
Add a device and scan the QR code from your own device to add it to the parent’s device. - Complete the setup on the parent’s device and tap
Go to Hub .
Use your device in normal mode
During the initial setup, the HarmBlock+ app will automatically open and prompt you to “Stay here.”
If you don’t want to use HarmBlock+ services, simply close the app.
Your device will operate in Normal mode, just like a regular smartphone.
Switch back to normal mode
To revert your device from Teens mode to Normal mode:
- On the parent’s device, unpair your device.
- Open HarmBlock+ on the parent’s device.
- Tap
Teens device settings , then choose one of the following options:- Tap
Factory reset >Factory reset device to fully reset the device. - Tap
Remove Device without factory reset to remove it without a factory reset.
- Tap
Your device will now return to Normal mode.
