How do I redeem my GWP?

  1. Purchase the Nokia X30 5G via Telstra on DPC or outright.
  2. Customers must receive their device before attempting to redeem their gift with purchase.
  3. Send IMEI (located on device packaging) and customer receipt to [email protected]
  4. Visit the Nokia Portable Wireless Speaker page and redeem by AEDT 11.59pm 25th January 2023
  5. Add your Nokia Portable Wireless Speaker to the cart
  6. Fill out your shipping and contact details in Step 1 of checkout
  7. Insert your IMEI into the “Coupon” field
  8. Complete checkout on Step 2 to complete your redemption order

How will I know if my GWP redemption has been successful? If the redemption is successful, the customer will be notified by a shipping pre-alert after GWP order has been placed.

ETA For Delivery - When will I receive my GWP? After the customer redemption order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Tracking details will be sent once redemption has been shipped via Australia Post.  Please note, shipping of the redemption order could take up to six weeks from receipt submission.

Can I change my delivery address? Once the claim has been submitted and validated in the Nokia promotions system, the delivery address information cannot be changed or updated.

What is a valid Proof Of Purchase? For a Proof Of Purchase to be valid, it MUST include the below information:

  1. Valid Purchase Date (order date in the case of a pre-ordered device) as outlined in the Terms & Conditions
  2. Product Purchased
  3. Participating Retailer

You can upload up to three Proof of Purchase Document that may be one of the following:

  1. Packing slip - included in the delivery parcel of your purchased device
  2. Tax Invoice showing a valid purchase date
  3. Screenshot of your purchase email confirmation
  4. Contract letter showing a valid purchase date

I received my GWP and there is a fault. Is this covered by warranty? All GWP gifts come with a warranty. If a customer experiences any warranty issues with their GWP product, they can claim warranty via [email protected] utilising the serial numbers of the products.

Where do I find my IMEI number? You can find the 15 digit IMEI number by pressing *#06# on your keypad. You can also find the IMEI number on the device box.

My IMEI shows invalid

You should check that you have purchased an eligible product within the promotional period via the terms and conditions of each respective promotion. Please also check that your proof of purchase includes all of the necessary details as outlined. Please ensure you are typing the 15-digit IMEI number only. If you are still receiving an error message whilst processing IMEI into the ‘Coupon’ field, contact [email protected]

If you have tried this, please send through a copy of your Proof of Purchase document, as well as a screenshot/photo of your IMEI number on the phone itself to [email protected]. We can then escalate this for you for investigation.

The promotion has expired, can I still redeem my GWP? Unfortunately once the redemption period has ended, we are no longer accepting new claims.
