For every device you use through Circular, we’ve got you covered. If the device is accidentally damaged, lost or stolen, we’ll sort it quickly. You’ll also be covered by our security updates, meaning you can enjoy the device to its fullest – and with total peace of mind.

Once you’re done with the phone or tablet, simply return it to us. Any information stored on it will be deleted before it’s given a second life. It won’t go straight to the landfill – instead, we’ll make sure it’s either reused, recycled, or donated to someone who needs it most by working with our partner charities. How does Circular work?

Circular is our hassle-free subscription service that offers a more sustainable way to get access to the latest Nokia devices. Choose from the latest products when you get started and whenever you swap the device for another model.¹ If the device is accidentally lost, damaged or stolen, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement, subject to certain conditions.¹ And while you’re enjoying your subscription, you’ll even earn sustainable rewards along the way.

You can cancel your subscription or swap the device for another model at any time after the 90-day contract period. You can also withdraw during the first 14 days and receive a full refund.

Whenever you are done with the device, it gets a second life with another subscriber, donating it, or recycling it. We’ll securely erase all user data before ensuring it gets reused, donated, or recycled. Either way, it won’t go straight to the landfill.

What devices are available from a Circular subscription?

There are no Circular subscription devices available at the moment. If you are an existing Circular customer, you can continue using your account to manage your subscription.

How do the Seeds of Tomorrow credits work?

For every 6 months that you subscribe to a device, you’ll earn 1 Seed. On the second year, that increases to 2 Seeds every 6 months, and from the third year on, 3 Seeds every 6 months.

These sustainable rewards can be used to make a donation to one of the environmental and charitable causes we’ve partnered with. Once you’ve earned a Seed of Tomorrow, just log in to My Account to make the donation.

What happens to the device if I return it?

Sustainability is at the core of how Circular works. If you decide to swap the device for another model, or return it for whatever reason, it will be refurbished and reused, or recycled. After a device has been in use for more than 3 years and it is still in working condition, we will give the device to a charity the next time it is returned to us. We’ll also erase any information stored on the device before passing it on to someone new.

What should I do in case of accidental damage, loss, or theft?

If the device is lost, stolen or damaged, report it to us and we’ll arrange a replacement. We will lock stolen and lost devices remotely so that no one can access your data. If the claim is successful, we will charge you a replacement fee that include shipping costs and the excess fee we need to pay to the insurance company.

If the claim is unsuccessful or we have already submitted 2 successful claims to the insurance company concerning the original device you subscribed to and/or a replacement to said device, you will need to compensate us for the damage incurred by paying the device replacement value minus the replacement fee.

Can I change my device?

You can choose to swap your chosen device at any point after the 90-day contract period. Just log in to your account to get started. We’ll send you another device and you will return the previous one with free postage. The device change fee is reduced by 50% on your second year and free of charge from the third year on. So, the longer you keep a device in use, the better your subscription gets. The monthly fee for the old device will be charged until you return it to us, and the first monthly fee for the other device will be charged on the date it is delivered.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to My Account to manage your Circular subscription. There, you can amend your payment details, review your payments, or modify your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from your online account. There is no fee for cancelling your subscription during the first 14 days or after the 90-day contract period, you have to return the device. Devices returned because of a cancelled subscription will be refurbished and reused.
