Interested in a brand-new Nokia device? Trade in your old smartphone or tablet and you could enjoy money off. Your old smart device doesn’t have to be a Nokia phone. By trading in, you’ll be actively doing your bit to help reduce e-waste by preventing your old device from ending up in the landfill.

When you trade in your old smartphone or tablet, you’ll receive a fair valuation of your old device and a discount on your brand-new Nokia phone or tablet. There’s no waiting around, and your discount will be applied immediately to your purchase. This means you could make a tidy saving while helping to protect the planet too.

How does it work?
1. Valuate your old smartphone and get your discount
Complete the trade-in wizard on the purchase page to get an estimated value for your old device. You can then get this value discounted off your purchase and receive a confirmation email, including the valuation, once you’ve completed the purchase.
2. Print your pre-paid shipping label
Click Ship my device in your confirmation email. A pre-paid shipping label will then be generated for you to print and ship to us along with your old smart device.
3. Ship your old device
First, reset your old handset to factory settings. Then, use the shipping label to send it to us. Your old device will then receive a second, in-person valuation, and you may be notified with an updated valuation.
4. Accept or decline valuation
If you accept the updated valuation, we’ll charge you the difference between the estimated valuation and updated valuation. If you decline it, we’ll return your old device and charge you the sum initially discounted from your new purchase. That way, there’s no hanging around.

5. Remorse period returns and trade-ins
If you return your new Nokia device during the remorse period, the discount that you received for your trade-in device will be given back to you as store credit that can be used in the Nokia phones online store within 12 months.
