My goods arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you notice damages when your order is delivered, you can refuse the delivery and the items will be automatically returned.

If you have already accepted the delivery, please return the damaged products by following the return instructions in the My Account portal and selecting the "damaged item" as a return reason. If you are not registered with My Account, you can initiate the return from your order details page, accessible from your order confirmation email.
