When will my pre-ordered item be shipped?

We’ll ship your pre-ordered item after its release date. The estimated shipping date of your pre-order item will be included in your order confirmation email.

If your order includes pre-order items and items that are currently available, the whole order will be shipped together after the release date of the pre-order item. If you would like to receive currently available items sooner, you can consider making two separate orders: one for currently available items and one for pre-order items.
