What age-group is HMD Fuse meant for?

Every child is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach for online safety. HMD Fuse is designed for guardians to tailor online protections for their own child. According to data published in a 2023 Ofcom report titled “Children and Parents: Media Use and Attitudes,” the percentage of mobile phone ownership by age increases sharply between 9 and 12-year-olds. The HarmBlock+ service on HMD Fuse enables guardians to set protections that are suitable for this age range. Those protections can be fine-tuned, turned off, and re-enabled as and when the guardian sees fit.
