The HarmBlock+ app supports up to two guardians for one HMD Fuse phone. The second guardian must first be on the child’s contact whitelist. Here’s a step-by-step guide of the whole process.
Step 1: The second guardian must download the HarmBlock+ app from the app marketplace.
Step 2: The original guardian should then open the HarmBlock+ app and navigate to the Children tab > Device setting > Device information. A QR code will be displayed.
Step 3: The second guardian launches the HarmBlock+ app and goes through the first few steps until they are asked to scan a QR code. Scan the QR code from the original guardian’s device. This will send a whitelist contact request to the original guardian.
Step 4: In the HarmBlock+ app, the original guardian should navigate to the Children tab > Whitelist contacts. Approve the request from the second guardian to add them to the contact whitelist.
Step 5: The original guardian should now see the second guardian in this same Whitelist contacts menu. Select them turn on “Set as Guardian.”
The second guardian will now have access to the same parental controls via the HarmBlock+ app.
