In the event of a guardian's passing, the account details can be updated by contacting our customer support team. They will guide you through the process of transferring access and updating guardian information on the child’s device.
Please note that that if a request for ownership, device factory reset, or HarmBlock+ subscription termination is requested by someone other than the legal owner of the HMD Fuse device, the HMD support team will likely request certain documentation or verification in order to proceed.
