How does Circular work?

Circular is our hassle-free subscription service that offers a more sustainable way to get access to the latest Nokia devices. Choose from the latest products when you get started and whenever you swap the device for another model. If the device is accidentally lost, damaged or stolen, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement. You can also choose to include an HMD Mobile SIM with unlimited calls and texts within Great Britain – carry your existing number across or get a new one. And while you’re enjoying your subscription, you’ll even earn sustainable rewards along the way.

You can cancel your subscription or swap the device for another model at any time after the 90-day contract period. You can also withdraw during the first 14-day cancellation period and receive a full refund.

Whenever you are done with the device, it gets a second life. We’ll securely erase all user data before ensuring it gets reused, donated, or recycled. Either way, it won’t end up in the landfill.
