My card isn’t working when I try to set up a subscription. What can I do?

Please note that only Visa and Mastercard credit cards issued in the United Kingdom can be used to pay for any fees and charges related to your subscription. The billing address must also be situated in the United Kingdom.

Next, check that you have entered all of the card details correctly. If it still does not work, there may be a problem with the card. Double-check the expiry date of the card to make sure it is still valid. If you are still unsure why the card is not working, contact the issuer of the card.

You can also try a different card. Once your subscription is set up, you can change your saved payment card at any point from the My Account page.
