I have received one or more e-mails saying that the delivery was unsuccessful. What should I do?

Carefully review your order in the My Account page to check if the delivery address is correct. If it is correct, please instruct the person who receives deliveries to accept the package on the next delivery attempt. If the delivery address is incorrect, the contact our support team as soon as possible.
