I received an email and/or device message saying that my card cannot be charged. What should I do?

All you need to do is update your payment details in My Account. Remove the existing card and add a new one. Saved payment card details cannot be edited, so if you have received a payment card that replaces an expired one, the process is the same – just remove the current card and add the new one. Please note that only Visa and Mastercard credit cards issued in the United Kingdom can be used to pay for any fees and charges related to your subscription. The billing address must also be situated in the United Kingdom.

Once the new payment card details are saved, any payments due will be charged automatically – you don’t have to pay anything manually.
