HMD safety, security and eSafety statement

HMD Global (“HMD”) ensures that its products and services offered to consumers and customers meet all industry standards for safety and security.

Locally, HMD Australia helps in the reporting of unlawful or harmful content, if found on any of HMD's products and services. This includes cyberbullying and any serious online abuse or illegal and restricted online content.

If any unlawful or harmful content would appear from a third-party app, service or promotion, reporting can be made to the third-party provider.

If the concern isn't resolved, reporting can also be escalated to HMD or the eSafety Commissioner of Australia. For more information about eSafety, please visit the eSafety homepage at https://www.esafety.gov.au. If you would like to make a report to the eSafety Commissioner of Australia, visit https://www.esafety.gov.au/report.
