We know that sending your product in for repair can be an inconvenience. So to provide you reassurance, we have answered some common questions.

Whilst most solutions can be found in our help center, if you do need to have your Product repaired, we do our best to have it back in your hands within a matter of days.

Sending your Product in for repair happens in 4 easy steps:

Complete online form

Fill in the necessary details about your Product along with your own information.

Courier collection

Arrange a preferred time for your pre-packed Product to be collected or drop it off at an approved collection point.

Repair or replacement

We’ll evaluate your Product and repair or replace it (if not repairable) on the spot.

Product dispatched

Typically, within a day of repair or replacement, your Product is dispatched back to you.
