1. Select Menu > > Set alarms.
2. Select an alarm and use the scroll key to set the time.
3. Select OK.

If you want the alarm to repeat on certain days, select the alarm, then select Repeat alarm > Repeat alarm, scroll to each day you want the alarm to sound on, and select Mark. Then select Done > Yes.
