Insert or remove the SIM and memory card
Insert SIM and memory card
- Open the SIM and memory card tray: push the tray opener pin in the tray hole, and slide the tray out.
- Put a nano-SIM and a memory card on the tray with the contact areas face down.1
- If you have a second SIM card, open the SIM card tray: push the tray opener pin in the tray hole and slide the tray out.
- Turn the tray upside down and put a nano-SIM card on the tray with the contact area face up.
- Turn the tray back up.
- Slide the trays back in their slots.
Use only compatible memory cards approved for use with this device. Incompatible cards may damage the card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card.
Remove SIM and memory card
- Open the SIM and memory card tray: push the tray opener pin in the tray hole, and slide the tray out.
- Remove the cards.
- If you have a second SIM card, open the SIM card tray: push the tray opener pin in the tray hole and slide the tray out.
- Remove the second SIM card.
- Slide the trays back in their slots.
Important: Do not remove the memory card when an app is using it. Doing so may damage the memory card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card.
