Insert or remove the SIM and memory card
Insert SIM and memory card
- Open the SIM card tray: push the tray opener pin in the tray hole, and slide the tray out.
- Put the nano-SIM in slot 1 on the tray with the contact area face down. If you have a second SIM, put it in slot 2.1
- Open the memory card tray: push the tray opener pin in the tray hole and slide the tray out.
- Put the memory card in the memory card slot.
- Slide the trays back in their slots.
Use only compatible memory cards approved for use with this device. Incompatible cards may damage the card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card.
Remove SIM and memory card
- Open the SIM card tray: push the tray opener pin in the tray hole, and slide the tray out.
- Remove the SIM card.
- Open the memory card tray: push the tray opener pin in the tray hole and slide the tray out.
- Remove the memory card.
- Slide the trays back in their slots.
Important: Do not remove the memory card when an app is using it. Doing so may damage the memory card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card.
